This is the primary support resource for our customers and is involved in all purchasing, logistics, sales, and technical support activities. The role is at the center of our company's operations and requires wide-ranging collaboration with other internal resources and external partners (the factory or other suppliers) to meet the needs of our customers. FPG requires a candidate with a desire to develop an expert level of product and application knowledge through training and day-to-day experience.

Based on your learning aptitude and experience, this position will transition to the Manager of Inside Sales in approximately 12 months.
The position is based out of our home office in Noblesville, Indiana.

This important position is expected to lead the sales and marketing efforts for the Industrial division of FPG. The successful candidate will develop a strategy and implementation for customer acquisition, ensuring a steady stream of new orders within the company pipeline to maintain growth of the division's revenues.

This ideal candidate will know how to find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients in the broad Industrial marketplace for our products, primarily control valves and flow meters. Once they discover a client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.
